AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS,
AS SAME WAS ADOPTED AS AN APPENDIX TO THE COOE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO 69-l, AND AS SAID MAP
APPLIES TO CITY LOTS 3 AND 4 OF B~OCK ~000 AS SHOWN THIS OATE ON
THE OFFICIAL TAX MAP DF T"E CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AND MORE PARTI-
CULARLY DESCRIBED THEREIN, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS

That the Zoning Map of the C~ty of Denton, Texas, adopted to the code of Ordinances of
January 14, 1969, as an Appendix ,
the C~ty of Denton, Texas, under provisions of Ordinance No 69-1
be, and the same ~s hereby amended as follows
All the hereinafter described property ~s hereby removed
from the "SF-IO" Single Family Dlstr~ct as shown on sa~d
Zoning Map, and all provisions of Ordinance No 69-1,
adopted the 14th dry of january, 1969, as amended, shall
hereafter apply to sa~d property as "2-F" Two Family D~s-
tract ~n the same manner as other property located ~n

That the C~ty Council of the C~ty of Denton, Texas, hereby
f~nds that such chanqe ~s in accordance with a comprehensive
plan for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the
C~ty of De,ton, Texas, and with reasonable consideration, among
other th~ngs for the character of the d~str~ct and for ~ts pecu-
liar su~tebility or particular uses, and w~th a v~ew to conserv-
ing the value of the bu~ldlngs, protecting human l~ves, and en-
couraging the most appropriate uses of land for the maximum bene-
fit to the C~ty of Denton and ~ts citizens

That th~s ordinance shall be in full force and effect ~mmed-
~ately after 1ts passage and approval, the required public hear-
~ngs hav~ng heretofore been held by the Planning and Zon~nq Com-
mission and the C~ty Council of the C~ty of Denton, Texas, after
g~v~ng due notice thereof
