ORDINANCE NO. 20 11-143
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 2011 TAX
ROLLS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the 2011 tax rolls of the City of Denton,
Texas, which will result in a tax levy in the amount of $44,213,486 based on the Certified
Appraisal Roll as approved by the Appraisal Review Board of the Denton Central Appraisal
District.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval.
