Wednesday, January 9, 2002 at 5 30 p m ~n the Council Work Sessmn Room at C~ty
Hall, 215 E McKmney Street, Denton, Texas at which the following ~tems will be
considered
1 Receive a report, hold a discuss~on, and g~ve staff d~rectmn regarding the draft
Development Code
2 The City Council reserves the,right to adjourn into a Closed Meeting on any ~tem
on its Open Meeting agenda consistent w~th Chapter 551 of the Texas
Government Code
