RESOLUTIONNO. R2�11-�3�
A RESOLUTION NOMINATING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
DENTON CENTRAL APPR.AISAL DISTRICT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the term of office for the Board of Directors of the Denton Central
Appraisal District will expire on December 31, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City of Denton, Texas wishes to nominate members to said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION 1. The City of Denton, Texas, hereby nominates � G d

istrict for wo-year terms to commence January 1, 2012.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval.
