RESOLUTIONNO.= R2011-040
A RESOLUTION NOMINATING MEMBERS TO THE APPRAISAL REVIEW BOARD OF
THE DENTON CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the term of office for various Appraisal Review Board members of the
Denton Central Appraisal District will expire on December 31, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City of Denton, Texas wishes to nominate members to said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION 1. The City of Denton, Texas, hereby nominates Jolui H. Morris, Rishiyur K.
Mohan, Charlotte Magno, Joyce G. Frey, Robert F. Gallagher, George W. Davis, James S, Grant,
Danny J. Chambers and Frances Caster as members to the Appraisal Review Board of the
Denton Central Appraisal District.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval.
