CITY OF DENTON CITY COUNCIL

After determining in Special Called Open Session that a quonim is present, the City Council of
the City of Denton, Texas will convene in a Special Called Closed Session on Monday,
December 12, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Worlc Session Room at City Hall, 215 E.
McKinney Street, Denton, Texas at which the following itein will be considered:
1. Closed Session
A. Deliberation regarding personnel matters — Under Texas Government Code
Section 551.074.
1. Deliberate and discuss the evaluation, duties, discipline, and contracts of
the City Attorney, Municipal Court Judge, and City Manager.
