unto the City of Denton, Texan, the free and uninterrupted use,
liberty and privilege of the passage in. along, upon and across the
following described property, owned by it situated in Denton

All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situated in the
F. Batson Ourvey A-4? Denton County, Texas and being part of a
tract shown by dead to Milary Corporation recorded in Volume 7,806,
page 310 Real Pxopprr.y and being more particularly described as
follows,
Commencing at the intersection of the center line of Payne Drive

used in the operation of, or In conjunction with, any school or
other Institution of learning, study or Instruction which
discriminates against any person because of his race, color or
national origin, regardless of whother such discrimination be

Should federal law require Grantee to prOVlde sa IMV MW 7 aervlce to an
entity or person (e.g. home school) that would be In violation of Section IN
herein, the Grantor shall allow Grantee to maintain Its sewer line for a WIod not
to exceed six (6) months, for the purpose of allowing Grantee to pursue
relocation of such line or condemnation of an easement for such line during
such period. The Grantee's holding overwill be considered a trespass by Grantor
and Grantor shall be entitled to the monetary damages allowed under the law
that arise by reason of such trespass. I
This conveyance has been authorized by resolution of the Denton
independent School District Board of Trustees duly passed on the 11 day of
1995.

free and uninterrupted use, liberty and privilege of the passage in, along, upon and across the following
described property, owned by them situated in Denton County, Texas in the I, W. Cheek Survey,
Abstract No. 324 and Mary t Austin Survey, Abstract No. 4. (See attached "D" Page 1-2)
And it is further agreed that the said City of Denton, Texas in consideration of the benefits above
set out, will remove from the property above described, such fences, buildings and other obstructions
as may now be found upon said property.
For the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, installing, repairing, and perpetually
maintaining a Alic r tilitles in, along, upon and across said premises, with the right and privilege at
all limes of the grantee herein, his or its agents, employees, workmen and representatives having
ingress, egress, and regress in, along upon and across said premises for the purpose of making additions

Beginning at a found half-inch rebar at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block B,
Denton Bible church Addition, an addition to the City of Denton as shown by plat
recorded in cabinet "L", page 109, Plat Records of Denton County, Texas, said
rebar also being in the east right-of-way line of Nottingham Drive as dedicated
