noy for the collection of the delinquent taxes tluo the city of Lonton,
therefore, know all men by those presents that the oi.ty of Denton, acting
by and through said city council, and Ibdrow T. Baker, city attorney of
said city, halthis day entered into th3 follrving contracti-
The said city of Denton hereby employes said Baker to collect all
delinquent taxes due the city of Denton, said baker being authorized
to institute suit and to prosecute to final judgement suits for the
collection of said taxes, and to compromise Mith oee without suit,and
