The center line of said distribution lino shall be located across said land as follows:
Beginning at a pr8sent Tawas Power & Li`ht Company pole and guy as now surveyed and
located on the property of E. Pe Linehan at survey station 8 plus 00 equals 0 plus 000
Thence in a northeasterly direction 45 feet., more or less., to a point in a property
line running in a northerly and southerly direction and same being vest right-of-W
line of a county roads said point being located 320 feet, more or less., from
E. Ps Linehanis northeast property corner.

This description is based on a prelirninary survey, and it Is understood that said Company, may relocate
said line in tale same general direction before or at any time after construction.
