Being a description of the Texas Power A. tS~".'t Company's Denton County rural distribution
(Code 11-112, WA 2042), an extension to serve J. F.. Bowles as now surveyed and located
across the property of A. Bert Pryor in the Me E. P, A P, Survey, Abstract #1473, Denton
County, Texas.
Beginning at a Texas Power A Light Company pole at survey Station 15 plus 80 equals 0 plus
00p sold pole to be installed rix feet, more or leas, west and one foot, more or less,
north of A. Bert Pryor's southeast property corner.
Thence in a westerly direction for a distance of 50 feet, more or less, to a deadend pole
and its attached guy at survey station 0 plus 50s said guy to extend in a easterly direction
for a distance of 30 feet, more or less, from the base of the aforesaid pole,
Beginning again at said pole at survey station 0 plus 50,
Thence in a westerly direction for a distance of 600 feet, more or less, to a deadend pole and
its attached down guy at survey station 6 plus 50, said guy to extend in the sane westerly
direction for a distance of 30 feet, more or less I,from the base of the aforesaid pole, said
pole to be located one foot, more or loss, a northerly direction and 50 feet, more or less,
in an easterly direction from A.'Bet!t Pryor's southeast corner.

Thence in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 55 feat, more or less, to a point in

and along the general course now located and staked out by the said Company, over, across and upon the following described
lands located in Denton County, Texas to-wit:
Being a description of the Texas Pover & Light Company's Denton County Rural Distribution
(Code 11-42, 'NA ¢ 04 v an extension to serve E. A. Padgett as now surveyed and
located across the property of E. A. Padgett In the 111rham Survey, Denton County, Texas*
Beginning at a Texas Pcwer & Light Companj distribution angle pose and attached guy at
Survey station 18 plus 531 said guy to extend In a westerly direction for a distance of
30 feet, more or less, from the base of the aforesaid pole, said pole being located 180
feet, more or less, in a southerly direction and 42 feet, more or less, in a easterly
direction from E. A. Padgett's northwest property corner.
Thence in a easterly direction for A distance of 600 feet, more or less, to a Texts
Power & Light Company distribution angle pole and attached guy, said guy to extend in
the same easterly direction for a distance of 30 feet, more or less, from the base of
the aforesaid pole, said pole to be located 65 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly
direction from a house occupied by E, A. P1,ligett.
