COUNTY ON DENTON KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
l That wo) Beats Plumbing; lierting, Inc., as principal and
I WESTERN SURETY COMPANY, a uorporntion of Sioux Falls, South Dakota,
as .uroty, are held and firmly bound unto Mayor of the City of
Denton, Texas and to his successors in office in the sum of One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), for the payment of which we hereby
bind ourselves, our heirs, administrators and assigns jointly and
severally.
The condition of the above obligation is that whereas the
principal herein was granted a Plumber's License in the City of
Denton, Texas;
Now, therefore, if the said Bealo Plumbing & Heating, Inc.,
principal herein, shall at all times comply with the Ordinances of
the City of Denton governing plumbing in said City and all the lawn
of the State of Texas which regulate plumbing, and conditioned
further that the principal herein shall fulfill any and all contracts
made for plumbJno- work, then this obligation shall become null and
void; otherwise to remain in full farce and effect.
This bond shall be for the use and benefit of the City of
Denton, Texas and for the rise and benefit of any person having a
aaude of action growning out of the installation, alteration or
repairing or any part of any plumbing or gas system by said applicant
or any.o£ his employees, or growing out of a breach of contract tb r
the installation, alteration or repairing of any part; of any plumbing
or gAS'.system by said applicant or any of his employees,
