The Highway Commission may designate the place along the right-of- way where such. lines shall be constructed. 2. At any place where a power transmission line crosses over a highway or road, it shall be constructed and maintained at least twenty-two (22) feet above the surface of the traffic lane. 3. The Highway Commission may require the owner, at his own expense to relocate this line, for valid reasons under the law) by giving thirty (30) days written notice. All of these houses are being sold and dismantled.
