THAT WHEREAS, C. H. Williams and wife, Laura W111110s,
of Denton County, Texas, conveyed to the Brazos River Transmission
Electric Cooperative, loo., (now Brazos Electric Power Cooperative,
Ina., by change of name), an easement upon the property of the said
C. H. Williams and wife, Laura Williams, fully described in ouch
easement dated May 300 1947, ivcorded in Vol. 384, page 404 of
the Deed Records of Denton County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of such Cooperative to execute
a release of such easement to the said C. H. Williams and rite, Laura
Williams, their heirs and assigns, in consideration of $1.00 and
other good and valuable consideration;
THAT Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Ins, a corporation
of the County of McLennan and State of Texas, acting by and through

for and in consideration of $1.00 and other good and valuable coosideratW

any person or persons claiming under it shall t%t any time hereafter
have, claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises

The center licit of said electric transmission or distribution line shall be located across said land as follows:
BEGINNING for the Northerly end of center line of said 601 strip, at a steel spike
set on the N.B.L. of the said M.E.P. 6 P. Rat Co. Survey in the center of Audra Lane
at the point of entry of aforementioned power line, said point of beginning lying N.
89-55 E. 695.0 feet from the N.W.C. of the aforementioned Warren to Hauptmann tract.
Thence S. 0-52-46 W. 1383.0 feet with occupied center line of said power line to a
steel rod set in old fence line on the S.B.L. of said Warren to Hauptmann tract, said
point being the point of exit of said power line, said point lying S.89-13 E. 687.0
feet from the S.W.C. of the aforementioned Warren to Hauptman tract.

Re+ference your letter of August 27, 1965 I wish to thank you
for the copy of the subject easement.
In accordance with our later telephonq conversation I have
taken the liberty to prepare certified field notes for a
sixty (60) foot wide easement and a certified survey plat
of the tract of land on which the subject easement lies.
In view of my present plans, as owror, to sub-divide this
tract for residential development it would be greatly ap-
preciated if the subject easement could be restricted to
the sixty (60) foot width indicated on the enclosed survey
plat and field notes.
Will you take the necessary action to make this legal, and
please notify me of ouch action.
