cative in nature and is not specifica%ly defined on the tract

said tract desires that the existing blanket easement and
right-of-way be released as to the following described 3.693
acre tract only, for the reason that Bert R. Moore has exe-
cuted a defined and described easement for the electric
transmission line that exists across said 3.693 acre tract
described as follows;
BEGINNING at a steel pin on the North right-of-way
of U.S. Highway 380 and the Hest Boundary Line of a
40 acre FIRST TRACT recorded in volume 149, Page 14S,
Deed Records of Denton County;
THENCE N. 10 431 20" E. 295.57 feet to a steel pin
in the South right-of-way of the T. & P. Railroad;
THENCE N. 700 290 50" E. with said right-of-way 332.65
feet;
THENCE S. 70 121 24" E. 183.28 feet;
THENCE S. 650 341 E. 236.62 feet;
THENCE S. 60 040 50" E. 58.03 feet;
THENCE N. 650 34' W. 138.97 feet;
THENCE S. 230 24' 40" W. 242.93 feet;
THENCE Northwesterly with a curve, said curve having a'
central angle of 60 05' 520, a radius of 3357.11 feet,
a tangent of 178.81 feet, and an arc length 357.28 feet
to the place of beginning, containing in all 3.693 acres
of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL HEU BY THESE PRESENTS, that
Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Inc., of McLennan County,

Cooperative, inc., acting by and through its Executive Vice

is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents release, dis-
charge, and forever quit claim unto the said Bert R. Moore, all
of the right, title and interest which Brazos Electric Power
Cooperative, Inc., has or may have in and to said 3.693 acre

PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, by an easement dated May 30, 1947, executed
by W. J. Pilgrim and wife, Roxie F. Pilgrim, recorded in
Volume 354, Page 392 of the Deed Records of Denton County,
Texas, Brazos River Transmission Electric Cooperative, Inc.,-
did heretofore acquire an easement and right-of-way over and
across a certain tract of land in Denton County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, such easement as originally granted is nonlo-
cative in nature and is not specifically defined on the tract
of land affected thereby; and
WHEREAS, Bert R. Moore, the present owner of a portion of
said tract desires that the existing blanket easement and
right-of-way be released as to the following described 3.693
acre tract only, for the reason that Bert R. Moore has exe-
cuted a defined and described easement for the electric
transmission line that exists across said 3.693 acre tract
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel pin on the North right-of-wal
of U.S. Highway 360 and the West Boundary Line of a
40 acre FIRST TRACT recorded in Volume 1490 Page 14S,
Deed Records of Denton County;
THENCE N. 10 43' 20" S. 295.57 feet to a steel pin
in the South right-of-way of the T. 6 P. Railroad;
THENCE N. 700 29' 50" E. with said right-of-way 332.65
feet;
THENCE S. 70 12' 24" E. 183.28 feet;
THENCE S. 6S0 34' E. 236.62 feet;
THENCE S. 60 04' 50" E. 58.03 feet;
THENCE N. 650 34' W. 138.97 feet;

THENCE Northwesterly with a curve, said curve having a
central angle of 60 051 52", a radius of 3357.11 feet,

Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Inc., of McLennan County,
Texas, successor in title to Brazos River Transmission Electric
Cooperative, Inc., acting by and through its Executive Vice
President and General Manager, James E. Monahan, duly authorized
by the corporation, for and in consideration of the premises
herein contained and of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good
and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which
is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents release, dis-
charge, and forever quit claim unto the said Bert R. Moore, all
of the right, title and interest which Brazos Electric Power
Cooperative, Inc., has o. may have in and to said 3.693 acre
tract of land in Denton County, by reason of said general ease-
ment recorded in Volume 354, Page 392 of the Denton County
Deed Records; said release is granted only as to the 3.693
