For purposes of this ordinance, retail sales are per- mitted through activities which are commonly termed "narage sales" when such sales do not extend in duration in excess of three conse- cutive calendar- days, and all other provisions of the home occupation requirements as listed above are followed. And, sales from such premises are deemed not to comply with the "garage sale" exception to the home occupation rule if such "aaraoe sales" reoccur within six (6) months after termination of the last sale held at the same ore- mists,, or, if commodities sold are those other than those items cus- tomarily found in a household.
