11basiey Tzine nazi: Hobson 1xino. Tho accident claimed Elio life of Stwiley
Karl lluddlc,,ston, imlo 21, year old frun F onton, fluddloston was the dri.vor
of a pickup t_niek and lost control of his vehicle while proceeding south
on Tbaxley at a high raW of speed. 'i11e truck rolled several times and then
hit a telephone polo. Huddloston was alone in the vehicle.
(2) The second accident occurred on February 23, 1977, at 7130 P.M. , in the
500 block of Highland Street, 1111ts t,zs a motor vehicle-bicyclo accident,
Richard Andrew Onoil was alone in his pickup truck and was going east on
Highland Stroet at a high rate of speed, Oneil swerved his t2.7tek to the
left anti hit a bicycle tend its rider which was also doing cast on Iighland.
The rider of the hicycl.o, Mlehael, Jan"-, Le%chak, hale, 25 year old from
Isle, Miwosota, was killed. Ow-Al did not otop but circled the block and
returned to the scene,

Block of Audra Lano, Mile accident claimed tho life of Bradley Mark Batcha, tnal-e
18 year old from Donton. lie had been the passenger in a dune buggy which was
driven by Mike Leo Dutirill. of IX-mton, The dune btx}c1y had hc~n going east
! on Audra Lana at a high rate of sE>L'ecl and failed to negotiate a servo, The
buggy irl;lod at, least one tiin, Ilia driver., Mike lluttrill, received only
minor injuries.
(4) 'the fourth accident occurred on October 13, 1977, at W.I. P.M, on Audra Lane,
143 feet wost of.Mayhill Road. Killed was Guadelupo Rojas, mole, 40 year old
frau Denton, He was a passenger of an autonabilo driven by Lamy Miller of. Aubrey.
The car which Miller was drivitV was going east on Audra l:,,nno at a high rata of
speed, Ito lost control of the vehicle, ran off the lefts sido of the road and
struck a tolophono polo. Miller and 11mor Clark, another passenger in the car,
were injured.

An eastbound car driven by Michael Ittchard Walsh of Denton swerved to the loft

deceased nkuh was Nicky Benjamin Gould, w/m, ago 19. 1lio death was ruled suicide,
by gunshot. ilia deccared shot himself in the chest with a .357 macjnum re-
volver, The deceased had been eariLionally upset because of a recent break-up
with his girlfriend,
'ilia second death occurred hutch 7, 1977, at 9119 A.M,, at: 705 Jupiter Street,
7'h0 deceased was Vine Cecil Johnson, b/n, age 24, 114te death was ruled suicide
by gunshot. 'No police detectives had been di.slxttched to 527 iupitor because
Vine Uohnson, the deceased, was there and the datect.ives had an arrest warrant
f on him. 1fa detectives found Johnson at 527 Jupiter and arrested him. Johnson
f eft a note with tho people and went with the detectives toward the car. Botwc~,
ho house and the car Jolinson broke and ran south on Jupiter with the detectives
chasing him. The deceased twos chased into the yard of 705 Jupiter where he
was trappod between the two det•o~cUves, rho deceased then pulled a gun from
his coat rmket and fired one shot at the growld, accidently shooting himself
in the hand, tie then looked at the two detectives and put the gw1 to his head
and firod. ilia gun was a .22 calibre derringer, The note that he left with the
people at '127 Jupiter was a suicide note.
The third violent death cx:currcct Juno 5, 1977, at 1107 t,,M., in the 400
block of 'Robertson Sheet Fit the Winetree Club. mho deceased was Albert Lee
GarreLt, b/m, age 39, 11470 deccaned was involved in aii argunrnt with Linda Branhhamr
b/f, age 25, and had ovon fired a shot at her to scare her with his .38 calibre
revolver, Lkator, Garret told `Linda Branham that he understWd U1at she wanted
to kill him and limided her tho gun. Shea shot the deceasod ono time in Ole face,
The death was railed homicide, Linda Joan Branham was charge' with murder.
