PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. 2-1376. This is the petition of Ms. Joyce Meadows requesting a change
in zoning from Agricultural (A) to Single Family (SF-71 classification
on a 2.43 acre tract located 1000' east of the intersection of Mocking- bird and Audra Lanes. This property begins 180' north of Audra,
S. Z-1377. This is the petition of Mr. Rollin Sininger requesting a change
in zoning from multi Family (MF-1) to Single Family (SF-7) classification
at 1003 West Oak street.
C. 2-1.378. This is the petition of Ms. Dorothy Williams requesting a change
in zoning from Multi Family (MF-1) to.Single Family (SF-7) classification
at 915 West Oak Street.
3. C-2). Consider the quitclaim of a 16' utility easement located,on property on
the south side of 1-35E and east of Denton State SchooX Road.
4. Q-25. Consider the quitclaim of al6' utility easement located on the wrst pr;,-
party line of a tact at the northwest corner of I-35E and Ft. Worth Drive.
5. Consider approval of final payment for Williams'Trade Square to Denton construc-
tion Company.
6. Consider the recommendation of the Traffic Safety Commission to prohibit truck
traffic on Bell Avenue frock Withers to Sharman.
7. Consider the recommendation of the Traffic Safety Commission to reduce the
speed limit on Ft. worth Drive from Eagle to Carroll from 35 to 30 soh.
8. Consider payment of engineering fees for City of Denton's share of water and

Each of these items is recommended by the Staff and approval thereof will be l
strictly on the basis of the Staff recommendation. Approval of the Consent Agenda
authorizes thu City Manager or his dosignee to implement each item in accordance
with 68 Staff recommendations

A. REFERRALSs
(1) Z-1182, This is the petition of Mr. Troy Glenn requesting a
change 1A zoning from Single Family (SF-7) to Commercial (C)
Classification on approximately 1,2 acres adjacent and immediately
north of Gienn's Automotive Garage, located at 832 E. McKinney St.
(2) Z-1383. This is the petition of Mr. James Neblett requesting the
followings
a) a change in zoning from Agricultural (A) to Light Industrial
(LI) classification on approximately 7,9 acres located on
U.S. Highway 380 East. This tract begins 1700' east of the
intersection of Highway 380 and Cooper Creek Road, has 800'
