BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, on this day personally
appeared BROOKS HOLT, known to we to be the person whose name is
subscribed hereto, and after beiny by me duly sworn, did depose
and say:

On the day of December, 1979, 1 received three (3) copies

election on proposed Home Rule Charter amendments for January 19, {
1980, for posting as required by law. I posted a true and correct +
copy of said election ordinance which provided therein that it
should constitute notice of such election at each of the following
