WHEREAS, the members of the Denton City council believe
that decisions to +rdinq the expenditure Of City funds should
be made in a fiscally responsible manners and

fiscal responsibility is best provided for in the City's annual
budgetary review process) and

City of Denton employees solarise to determine how the City's
Moieties and benefits compare to other employers in the area.
