SUMMARYt The City has acquired this tract to elimit.ate some of the timing problems ' Involved in signing all the necessary documents for the Aubrey project. The Council should approve the resolution in order to follow its regular procedure. J I . FISCAL SUMARYt Total cost of the project was $45,000 plus $650 for appraisal pplus $239,72 for j closing. Corps has indicated that $450000 plus the $650 will be reimbursed and i they feel that there is a good possibility that the $239.72 will also be returned.
