Consider approval of the resolution authorizing the sale of property to the
Corps of Engineers for the Aubrey reservoir.
SUMMARYt
The City has acquired this tract to elimit.ate some of the timing problems '
Involved in signing all the necessary documents for the Aubrey project. The
Council should approve the resolution in order to follow its regular procedure.

FISCAL SUMARYt
Total cost of the project was $45,000 plus $650 for appraisal pplus $239,72 for
j closing. Corps has indicated that $450000 plus the $650 will be reimbursed and i
they feel that there is a good possibility that the $239.72 will also be returned.
