ORDINANCE NO, 80.30. (ARTICLE 28A OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING

WHEREAS, the Historic Landmark Commission and Lhe Planning
and zoning Commission of the City of Denton have recommended
that the 'property :%?rein described be designated as a historic
landmark in the City of Dentont NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINSs
SECTION I.
city Lot I of Block 103 (Block 17 of the Original flown
Addtion) and also known as 210 r";rth Locust (Old Post Off icey,
of the City of Denton, Texas is hereby designated as a historic
landmark under ordinance No. 80-30, Article 28A' of the
Comprehensive Zoning' Ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas,
SECTION II.
The historic landmark designation shall be indicated upon
the zoning map of the City of Denton by the letter "H", and the
property herein described shall be subject to all of the terms,
provisions and requirements of Ordinance' No. 80-30" Article 28A'

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINSt
SECTION I.
When` signs are erected giving' notice thereof, no person
shall park a vehicle at anytime upon the following streot in the

Pursuant to the terms and provisions of Section 3.01 of the
Charter of the City of bent6n, Texas, a municipal election is
hereby ordered held in the City of Denton, Texas on the 3rd day
of April, 1982, for the purpose of electing the mayor and two
(2) councilpersons to the City Council of the City of Denton,
