Subject to the terms and conditions montioned in this ordinance the City of Denton, Texas, hereinafter, oalled "City", hereby grants to Lone Star (has Company, a Division of Enseroh corporation, hereinafter called "Company", consent to use the present and future streets, alleys, highways, public places, public thoroughfares and grounds of the City for the purpose of laying, maintaining, operating therein and thereon pipe lines and all appurtenant equipment needed and necessary to 'de.1iver and sell gas to persons, firms and corporations, incliiding e,ll. 61 the general public within the City's corporate limits and they environs thereof, said consent being granted for a term of nineteen (19) years from the effective date of this ordinance.
