This tract is contiguous to the Henry S.Miller tract on the west side of Mayhill Road, As I discussed with you on Wednesday, this tract in total contains approximately 18 acres, all of which is presently submitted for zon- ing, and a part which is submitted for annexation (in short, part in the city and part in E.T.J.). The total 18 acre tract will be divided into three phases, Phase I Is approximately 6 acres, all of which is currently zoned goneral retail. The plan for Phase I is for the construction of n Mini Mall which would contain approximately 20 stores employing approximately 80 people. The plan for Phase II is for a motel which would employ approximately 30 people, The plan for Phase III is for a light industrial user with rail orders which would employ approximately 75 people. I do realize at this time that only Phase I can be included due to the fact that it is the only phase that currently is in the city, but I felt the record should show the plan used for the entire parcel, If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at any time.
