your project has been issued on a
nationwide basis for discharges into waters of the United Staten. This
national permit authorizes the discharge of dredged or fill material which
does not exceed ten cubic yards. This discharge must be a part of 9 single
and complete project and no material shall be placed in wetlands. The
person reaponsible for the, project must ensure Chat work is in compliance
with specifications stated above And all conditions mentioned above and
best management practices listed on the enclosure. Failure to satisfy
