Grantor, for and in consideration of the mutual advantage to
accrue to the Grantor and the City of Denton do by these
presents dedicate to the use of the public and the City of
Denton, Texas, for the purpose of streets and utilitieo the

ALL that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being
