GIBSON SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 498, DENTON COUNTY, i TEXAS; CLASSIFYING THE SAME AS AGRICULTURAL "A" DISTRICT PROPERTY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
