That the Denton Housing Authority, hereinafter referred to
as Housing Authority, is the holder of a certain promissory ",Y
note, secured by Mechanic's and Materialman's Lieu and Deed of
Trust, said note, lien and deed of trust being made to, for the
banefit of, or assigned to City to secure payment of costs of ~f }

That Housing Authority in consideration of full payment of
said note, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby release that certain promissory note and mechanic's and
materialman's lien described as follows, to•wlt:
Promissory note executed by Homer and Mary Young, dated
September 1, 1978 payable to the Denton Housing
Authority in the amount of Four Thousand Six Hundred
and Twenty Dollars ($4,620.00); and Deed of Trust and r,;
Mechanic's and Materialman's Lien securing said note
created by contract dated September 19, 1978 upon the
property described therein, said contract, lien, and
deed of trust being recorded in Volume 73, Page 863 of
the Deed Records of Denton County, Texas.
