described in a Warranty Deed with Vendor's Lien, duly recorded
in Volume 1773, Page 7t7, of the Real Property Records of Denton
County, Texas; said note being being also described and secured
by a Deed of Trust, duly recorded in Volume 1773, Page 722, of
the Real Property Records of Denton County, Texas; said Note,
Deed and Deed of Trust being made or given for 'the land
described therein in accordance with their terms; WHEREAS, for a good ando valuable request

COMMENCING at the northwest corner of said survey, said
point lying in the intersection of Jim Christal road
with Masch Branch road; i
THENCE south along said surrey west line and in Hasch
Branch Road, a distance of 396.0 feet to the point of
beginning;
THENCE north 890 58' 4S" east along the north
boundary lime of said tract, a distance of 30.0 feet to
a point for a corner;
THENCE south 30.0 feet east of and parallel to the west
boundary line of said tract, a distance of 1481.34 feet
to a point for a corner;
