L. Austin and E. Morris Survey, Abst. No. 4 and 868 respectively and also of being part of a tract of land as conveyed from Margaret Cleveland to Tom Fouts and Frank Crockett by deed dated November 16, 1983 and recorded in Volume 1293, Page 398 of the Deed Records of Denton County, Texas, and more particularly described as follows; BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said tract, same being the northwest corner of an 11.5 acre tract conveyed from David H. Fry to Tom Fouts and Frank Crockett by deed dated November 4, 1983 and recorded in Volume 1293, Page 358 of the D.R,D.C.T., said point also lying in the east right-of-way line of a north south public road known as Woodrow Lane; THENCE north 00 23' 56" east (by deed north 00 22' east) passing at 50 feet, more or less, the northwest corner of said M.L.
