J s ' CORRECTI ON_ THY, STATE OF TEXAS § KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF DENTON § That whereas the City of Denton, a Municipal corporation of the State of Texas, as Grantor dial, on or about the 5th day of February 1991, execute and deliver to Rayzor Investments, Ltd. as Grantee, for the consideration therein mentioned, a quitclaim deed for three tracts in Denton County, Texas. This conveyance is re- corded in Volume 2935, Page 537 of the Real Property Records of Denton County, Texas. By mistake in that conveyance, Tract I was inadvertently described as being "All. that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the N.H. Meisenheimer Survey A-611 and being part of a tract shown,.,.. 11; instead of the correct words, "All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the N.H. Meisenheimer Survey A-810 and being part of a tract shown..... 11; and by mistake in the words "THENCE south 600 25' 4611 east a distance of 177.67 feet to a point..... 11 which were written instead of the words "THENCE south 600 251 4611 west a distance of 177.67 feet to a poi.nt....11. Whereas ~o prevent difficulties hereafter it is expedient to correct said error, Tract I should be described as follows: j TRACT I All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being sit- uated in the N.11. Neither Grantor nor Grantor's heir;.:, executors, administrators, successors, or assigns shall have, claim, or demand any right or title to the property or { any part of it. This is a correction deed, given and accepted as such in substitu- tion for such earlier deed of February 5th, 1991, and it shall be effectual as of, and retroactive to, such date.
