f COUNTY OF DENTON S
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, has hero-
k4 tofore by ordinance No. 69-30 duly enacted on August 12, 1969, determined
the necessity for and ordered the improvement of Wilson Street, in the
;a City of Denton, Texas, in the manner and according to the plans and
speoifications therefore, which plans and specifications have heretofore
been approved and adopted by said City Council; and
' WHEREAS, a notice duly executed in the mane of the City of Denton,
Texas, of the enactment of the said above described ordinance has here-
tofore on the 21st day of August, 1969, been filed in the Deed Records of
Denton County, Texas, in Volume 589, Page 5871 and
j WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, by Ordinance
No. 69-33, duly enacted on the 9th day of September, 1969, declared the
liability of the adjacent property owners for a portion of the cost of
improving the said portion of Nilson Street, and declared the pane to be
a lien upon the said abutting properties; and

WHEREAS, in the aforesaid instruments, Lot 2, Block 266 in the name
p of Robert J. Franklin was shown to be specially assessed in the amount of
One Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars and Ninety Conte ($137.90)1 and
WHEREAS, the property owner's share of the cost of improving Lot 2,
Block 266 abutting upon Wilson street in the City of Denton, Texas, is
one Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars and Ninety Cents (9197.90); NOW, THERE-
FORE,
in consideration of the payment by the said First American Title on
behalf of Robert J. Franklin, to the City of Denton, Texas, of Five Hun-
Bred Twenty-three Dollars and Ton Cents ($523.10) receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, the said City of Denton, Texas, does hereby forever
release and discharge the said Robert J. Franklin, his heirs and assigns,
and Lot 2, Block 266 as shown on the City Map of the said City of Denton,
Texas, from any and all special assessment liens and claims wising by
virtue of the improvements to Nilson Street in the City of Denton Texas,
fi described in the aforesaid ordinances by the City Council of said City, "
and in the aforesaid notice recorded in Volume 589, Page 587 of the Deed

COUNTY OF DENTON § !
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Denton, Texas, has here- I~'Il
tofore by ordinance No. 66-30 duly enacted on Auqust 23, 19661 determined
the necessity for and ordered the improvement of East Oak Street, in the
City. of Denton, Texas, in the manner and according to the plans and
epeafications therefore, which r,lans and specifications have heratafo-to
been approved and adopted by sa.':d City Councili and
WHEREAS, a notice duly executed in the name of the City of Denton,
Texas, of the enactment of the said above described ordinance has here-
tofore on the lot day of September, 1966, been filed in the Dead Records
of Denton County, Texan, in Volume 541, Page 4901 and
WHEREAS, the City iouncil of the City of Denton, Texas, by Ordinance
No. 67-020 duly enacted on the 10th day of January, 1967, declared the sz
liability of the adjacent property owners for a portion of the cost of
improving the said portion of East Oak Street, and declared the same to
be a lien upon the said abutting properties; and
WHEREAS, in the aforesaid instruments, Lot 9, Block 161 in the name
of Albert James Ponder was shown to to specially assessed in the amount
of Two Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($225.00)1 and
WHEREAS, the property owner's share of the cost of improving Lot 9,
Block 161 abutting upon East Oak Street in the City of Denton, Texas, is
Two Hundred Twenty-five Dollars (8225.00)1 NOW, THERLFORE.
f in consideration of the payment by the said Safeco Land Title of
Denton County on behalf of Albert James Ponder to the City of Denton,
Texas, of Six Hundred Fifty-four Dollars (9654.00) receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, the said City of Denton, Texas, does hereby forever
release and discharge the said Albert James ponder, his heirs and
assigns, and Lot 9, Block 161 as shown on the City Map of the said City
of Denton, Texas, from any and all special assessment liens and olaims
arising by virtue of the improvements to East Oak Street in the City of
Denton, Texas, described in the aforesaid ordinances by the City Council
of said City, and in the aforesaid notice recorded in Volume 541, Page
490 of the Deed Records of Den on County, Texas.

WHEREAS, the property owner's share of the cost of improving Lot 6,
Block 377B abutting upon Michael Street in the City of Denton, Texas, is
Two Hundred Twenty Dollars and Eighty Cents ($220.80)+ NOW, THEREFORE,
In consideration of the payment by the said Safeco Title on behalf
of Jack Web, to the City of Denton, Texas, of Seven Hundred Forty-three
Dollars and Thirty Cents ($743.30) receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, the said City of Denton, Texas, does hereby forever release and
discharge the said Jack Web, his heirs and assigns, and Lot 6, Block 377E
as shown on the city Map of the said City of Denton, Texas, from any and
all special assessment liens and claims arising by virtue of the improve-
ments to Michael Street in the City of Denton, Texas, described in the
aforesaid ordinances by the City council of said City, and in the afore-
said notice recorded in Volume 589, Page 587 of the Deed Records of
Denton County, Texas. .

PAVING RELEASE
COUNTY OF DENTON S
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, has here-
tofore by Ordinance No. 69-30 duly enacted on August 12, 2,969, determined
the necessity for and ordered the improvement of Wilson Street, in the
City of Denton, Texas, in the manner and according to the plans and
specifications therefore, which plans and specifications have heretofore
been approved and adopted by said city Council; and

WHEREAS, a notice duly executed in the name of the City of Denton,
Texas, of the enactment of the said above described ordinance has here-
tofore on the 21st day of August, 1969, been filed in the Deed Records of
Denton County, Texas, in Volume 589, Page 587; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, by ordinance
No. 69-33, duly enacted on the 9th day of September, 1969, declared the
liability of the adjacent property owners for a portion of the cost of
improving the said portion of Wilson Street, and declared the same to be
a lien upon the said abutting properties; and
WHEREAS, in the aforesaid instruments, Lot 2, Block 266 in the name
of Robert J. Franklin was shown to be specially assessed in the amount of
one Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars and Ninety Cents ($137.90); and
WHEREAS, the property owner's share of the cost of improving Lot 21
Block 266 abutting upon Wilson Street in the City of Denton, Texas, is
one Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars and Ninety Cents ($137.90); NOW, THERE-
FORE,
In consideration of the payment by the said First American Title on
behalf of Robert J. Franklin, to the City of Denton, Texas, of Five Hun-
dred Twenty-three Dollars and Ten Cents ($523.10) receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, the said City of Denton, Texas, does hereby forever
release and discharge the said Robert J. Franklin, his heirs and assigns,
and Lot 2, Block 266 as shown on the City Map of the said City of Denton,
Texas, from any and all special assessment liens and claims arising by
virtue of the improvements to Wilson Street in the City of Denton, Texas,
described in the aforesaid ordinances by the City Council of said City,
and in the aforesaid notice recorded in Volume 589, Page 587 of the Deed
Records of Denton County, Texas,

City of Denton, Texas, in the manner and according to the plans and
specifications therefore, which plans and specifications have heretofore
been approved and adopted by said City Council; and
WHEREAS, a notice duly executed in the name of the City of Denton,
Texan, of the enactment of the said above described ordinance has here-
tofore on the 1st day of September, 1966, been filed in the Deed Records
of Denton County, Texas, in Volume 541, Page 490; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, by Ordinance
Ito. 61-02, duly enacted on the 10th day of January, 1967, declared the
liability of the adjacent property owners for a portion of the cost of
improving the said portion of East Oak Street, and declared the same to
be a lien upon the said abutting properties; and
WHEREAS, in the aforesaid instruments, Lot 9, Block 161 in the name
of Albert James Ponder was shown to be specially assessed in the amount
of Two Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($225.00); and
WHEREAS, the property owner's share of the cost of improving Lot 9,
Block 161 abutting upon East Oak Street in the City of Denton, Texas, is
Two Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($225.00)1 NOW, THEREFORE,
In consideration of the payment by the said Safeco Land Title of
Denton County on behalf of Albert James Ponder to the City of Denton,
Texas, of Six Hundred Fifty-four Dollars ($654.00) receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, the said City of Denton, Texas, does hereby forever
release and discharge the said Albert James Ponder, his heirs and
assigns, and Lot 9, Block 161 as shown on the City Map of the said City
of Denton, Texas, from any and all special assessment liens and claims
arising by virtue of the improvements to East Oak Street in the City of
Denton, Texas, described in the aforesaid ordinances by the City council
of said City, and in the aforesaid notice recorded in Volume 541, Page
490 of the Deed Records of Den on County, Texas.
