Grantors further agree that they shall not utilize the property in any fashion so as to hinder, conflict, or interfere with the exercise of Grantee's rights hereunder. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement and right of way, i:;nd all rights appertaining thereto unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, until said Airport shall be abandoned and shall cease to be used for public airport purposes; and Grantors are hereby bound, together with all heirs, personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns to warrant and forever defend the above-described Easement and rights unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. Such rights and Easement shall be covenants running with the land and shall be binding on the Grantor, his personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. AND, for the consideration hereinabove set forth, the Grantors, for themselves, their hers, administrators, executors, successors, and assigns, do hereby ngree that for and during the life of said easement and right-of-way, they will not hereafter erect, permit the erection or growth of., or permit or suffer to remain upcn Grantor's property any building, structure, tree, or other object extending into the aforesaid prohibited airspace, And, they shall not hereafter use or permit or suffer the use of Grantors' property in such a manner as to create electrical interference with radio communication between any installation upon said airport and aircraft, or a,e to make it difficult for flyers to distinguish between airport lights and others, or as to impair visibility in the vicinity of the airport, or a:e otherwise to endanger the landing, taking off, or maneuvering of aircraft, it being under- f stood and agreed the aforesaid covenant and agreements shall run with the land. k • Neither party has roade any representations or promises outside the written provisions of this easement document relating to the subject matter of this easement document. r Grantors represent and warrant to Grantee that Grantors are the owners of record of the property above-described, and have full power and authority to grant this Easement. r • When the context requires, singular nouns and pronouns include the Il plural, and vice versa.
