1. This project is subject to, as highest priority, the current City of

2. Prior to construction, each cnv shall contact all public utility coo-

etc.) to locate existing facilities.

3. The contractor shall notify the City Engineer's Office (Attention; I Hr, Dire Saloon, Civil Engineer) to arrange for a pre-construction

ference a minimum of L hours prior to the anticipated commencement of w
construction sctivitles,

office. Inspection for Saturday work must be requested and approved by 111 r- 'r
the City Engineer by 5:04 pm on the Wednesday prior to the anticipated curk. Unless project completion is deemed urgent, permission may be
refused, Any City tnspector overtime required by a contractor shall be 1
an expense to the contractor, and the City shall be refunded at the rate g
of 516,00/hour.
