Bidding documents may be exo+nined at the office of the Arohiteot, 203 YoClurkan Building, Denton, Texas. Copies of the drawings and specifications may be obtained frog the Architect in accordance with the terse and conditions set forth in 'Instructions to Bidders". INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS 1. Sealed proposals are solioited fo: the construction of a new TERMINAL BUILDING AT THE NIINICIpa AIRPORT, CITY OF DENTONj D3NTON COMFTY, TEXAS, all as described herein. 2. Proposals will be received is the office of the City Manager, Municipal Building, Denton. Texas until W CST, Thursday, Marsh 180, 1965. 5. Proposals shall not contain any reoapitulations of the work to be donel and no oral, telegraphic, or Celep;ionio proposals or modi• fio%tions will be considered. The Architect will not be responsible for any oral, telegraphic, or telephonic instructions. 10. Deposits on the initial set of drawings will be returned to bidders upon return of all documents in usable condition within ten (10) days after data of bid opening.
