S. Failure by the homeowner's association to maintain

property to the degree as judged adequate by the
City BEngineer shall result in the following
procedure:

STREET AND SIDEWALK EXCAVATIONS AN" ALTERATIONS; PROVIDING FOR
CHARGES FOR OVERTIMB INSPECTIONS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
' THE COUNCIL OF Tiff CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
a That Section 21-46(f) of Chapter 21 "Streets and Sidevalks" of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas is hereby amended
to hereafter read as follows:

"(f) The street department shall cause to be made s+r h inspec-
tions as are necessaary to insure compliance with the
provisions of this Chapter.
If any person or contractor doing street or sidewalk
a construction, excavation, alteration or repair requests
and receives necessary inspection by city personnel for
such work out-!!do of normal business hours (8:00 o'clock
A.M. to 5:00o'cl•.)ck P.M. weekdays and non-holidays)
such person or contractor shall be charged and pay
Fifteen Dollk.s ($IS.00) per hour (minimum of two (27
hours) for such inspection."
