CITY OF DENTON CITY COUNCIL
September 5, 2012
The City Council will attend a reception for Board and Commission members on Wednesday,
September 5, 2012 at 5:15 p.m. in the Council Work Session Room at City Hall, 215 E.
McKinney, Denton, Texas.
After determining that a quorum is present, the City Council will convene in a Special Called
Board and Commission Training Workshop on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.in
the City Council Chambers.
1. Welcome and Introductions
2.Oath of Office for New and Continuing Board Members.
Following the completion of the Oaths of Office, the Special Called City Council Meeting will
be adjourned. The Board and Commission Training Workshop meeting is being posted in order
to meet the requirements of the Open Meetings Act, in the event that the number of City Council
members present at the meeting makes the act applicable.
