RESOLUTION NO.
82013 -020
A RESOLUTION NOMINATING ONE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF MANAGERS OF THE
DENCO AREA 9 -1 -1 DISTRICT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 772, of the Health and Safety Code, provides that two voting members
of the Board of Managers of an Emergency Communication District shall be appointed jointly by
participating municipalities located in whole or in part in the District; and
WHEREAS, the City of Denton, Texas wishes to vote for a member to said Board; NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION 1. The City of Denton, Texas hereby votes for Sue Tejml as a member to the
Board of Managers for the Denco 9 -1 -1 Emergency Communication District.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval.
