Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas is hereby amended to
C. A person or corporation requesting a specific use
permit pursuant to this article shall, upon
application, pay to the Department of Planning and
Community Development a filing fee in an amount
determined, and as from time to time amended, by
ordinance approved by the city council, a copy of
which ordinance is on file with said department.
SECTION II.
That Article 26, C of Appendix B-Zoning of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas is hereby amended t*

C. Filing Fees. Any person or corporation petitioning
for a change or amendment to the provisions of this
ordinance, or amendments thereof, pursuant to
Section A of this Article, shall pay to the Depart-
ment of Planning and Community Development a filing
fee in an amount determined, and as from time to
time amended, by ordinance approved by the city
council, a copy of which ordinance is on file with
said department.

That Section 28A-6 of Appendix B-Zoning of the Code of
����ty of Denton, Texas is hereby amended to
provide for a new paragraph 0(h)" to hereafter read as follows:
(h) Any person making application to have any build-
ing, structure, site, district, area or land
designated as a historical landmark pursuant to
the provisions of Article 28A shall pay to the
Department of Planning and Community Development a
filing fee in an amount determined, and as time to
time amended, by ordinance approved by the city
council, a copy of which ordinance is on file with
said department.
SECTION IV
That Article 4 22 ("Filing Fees") of Chapter IV of Article
III of Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton
is hereby amended to hereafter read as follows
Article 4 22 Filing Fees
No preliminary plat or final plat, replat, general
development plan, or variance request shall be accepted
for filing or consideration by the planning and zoning
commission unless such person pays to the Department
of Planning and Community Development a filing fee in
an amount determined, and as from time to time amended,
by ordinance approved by the city council, a copy of
which ordinance is on file with said department
SECTION V
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in force when the pro-
visions of this ordinance become effective which are inconsistent
or in conflict with the terms or provisions contained in this
ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict
SECTION IV
That this ordinance shall become effective immediately after
its passage and approval
