RESOLUTION I�]O. ��14-�40 ._
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
NORTH TEXAS HIGHER EDUCATION AUTHORITY; AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the term of office for Places 2 and 6 on the Board of Directors of the North
Texas Higher Education Authority, Inc. have expired; and
WHEREAS, the Board has nominated Mr. Governor Jackson — Place 2 and Dr. Lindsay
Keffer — Place 6 on the Board; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION 1. Mr. Governor Jackson is hereby reappointed to Place 2 on the Board of
Directors of the North Texas Higher Education Authority, Inc. for a term commencing October
2, 2014 and continuing through September 30, 2016.
�l^;� 9"LC)�£ 2. Dr. Lindsay Keffer is hereby appointed to Place 6 on the Board of
Directors of the North Texas Higher Education Authority, Inc. for a term commencing October
2, 2013 and continuing through September 30, 2015.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
