Joint Meeting of the City of Denton City Council and the Denton Independent School District Board of
Trustees on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. in the Council Work Session Room at City Hall,
215 E. McKinney Street, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered:
A. ID 16 -020 Call to order; announce quorum, introductions.
B. ID 16 -021 Receive a report regarding the status of the Mentor Denton Program.
C. ID 16 -022 Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding the status of programs and projects
to improve transportation and pedestrian access to Billy Ryan High School.
D. ID 16 -023 Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding City of Denton Economic
Development incentive policies /practices and the impact of Economic Development
projects to the Denton Independent School District.
E. ID 16 -024 Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding the Denton Renewable Plan
currently under consideration by the City of Denton and Denton Municipal Electric.
F. ID 16 -025 Adjourn.
