A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SELECTION OF A FIRM TO PROVIDE CONSULTING
SERVICES RELATED TO CONDUCTING AN EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE SEARCH FOR
THE POSITION OF CITY MANAGER; AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
THEREFOR; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to fill the vacant City Manager position; and
WHEREAS, the City Council would like to utilize the services of an executive search firm
to recruit for the City Manager position; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby selects ��,�� �� �� ������,����:�� provide professional
consulting services related to assisting the City in conducting an c�r���� c�y°� �r�r�ri candidate search to
determine the most suitable candidate for the position of City Manager.
