A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING OF # OF
ONCOR #C); FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
PASSEDWHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS WAS IN ACCORDANCE
REQUIREMENTS OF , # OTHER FINDINGS
AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, the cities in the service area of Oncor Electric Delivery have worked together
collectively in a coalition to participate in the regulatory process to assure electric rates charged
were just • .band
WHEREAS, there remains a need for cities to cooperate to assure the public interest is
protected and electric and other utility rates are just and reasonable; and
WHEREAS, regulatory changes now require quick response in order to have meaningful
fnput into the rate setting • and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide adequate - - • • enable to act quickly,
decisively, and jointly on electric utility regulatory developments; NOW, THEREFORE,
SECTION 1. The findings set out in the preamble of this Resolution are in all things
approved • incorporated herein as if fully setforth.
