SECTION 4. The Council Ethics Committee, established in Resolution Number 2009- O15 and modified through Resolution Numbers 2016-035 and 2016-040, is hereby dissolved. SECTION 5. The Board of Ethics shall be governed by the Ethics Ordinance. Any matters �not� addressed by this Resolution or the Ethics Ordinance shall be governed by Article III of Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances, as amended, the "City of Denton Handbook for Boards, Commissions and Council Committees," and applicable state law. ,SECTION 6.
