A RESOLUTION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF ONE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF
MANAGERS OF THE DENCO AREA 9-1-1 DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 772, of the Texas Health and Safety Code, provides that two voting
members of the Board of Managers of an Emergency Communication District shall be appointed
jointly by participating municipalities located in whole or in part of the District; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City of Denton, Texas to now vote for a nominee to said
Board of Managers; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION 1. The City of Denton, Texas hereby votes for ���'�"� �� ��� �' �� as a member
to the Board of Managers for the Denco Area 9-1-1 Emergency Communication District.
SECTION_w2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval,
