In the event of loss ar misuse of the Office of the Governor funds, the City assures that the funds will be returned to the Office af the Governor in full. SECTION 3. The City Manager or his designee is the City's designated, authorized official, with the power to apply for, accept, reject, alter or terminate the Grant on behalf of the City and to take any additional action in connection with the Grant that the City Manager, or his designee, deems most appropriate and in the best interest of the City.
