WITEREAS, the term of office of Chris Watts, Mayor, City of Denton, Texas, as a
member of the Board of Directors of the Texas Municipal Power Agency ("TMPA") will expire
on July 18, 2019; and

selected Chris Watts, Mayor, City of I Denton, for re -appointment for an additional two-year
terns to the l.'MPA Board ol'Directors; and
WHERF.AS, effective on July 18, 2019, the City Council hereby re -appoints Chris
Watts as a merriber of the Texas Municipal Power Agency Board of Directors; NOW,

of the City of Denton, Texas, Chris Watts is hereby appointed to an additional two-year term of
office as a Director representing tire City of Denton, Texas on the Board of Directors of, the
Texas municipal Power Agency, his terra of'olTice beginning on July 18, 2019, and ending on
July 18, 2021.
