ION 2. In the event af loss or misuse of the Office of the Governor funds, the City . S. E. C. T .................. assures that the funds will be returned ta the Office of the Governor in full. SECTION 3. The City Manager, or his designee is the City's designated authorized official, with the power to apply for, accept, reject, alter or terminate the Victim Assistance Caordinator Grant on behalf of the City, and is hereby authorized ta effectuate the expenditure of matching funds in the amount of $44,520.00, and to take any additional action in connection with the grant that the City Manager, or his designee, deems most appropriate and in the best interest of the City. SECTION 4.
