RESOLUTION NO, ].9-2153
A RESOLUTION NOMINATING MEMI3ERS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
DENTON CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the term of office for the Board of Directors of the Denton Central Appraisal
District will expire on December 31, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the City of Denton, Texas wishes to nominate a member to said Board; NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF TH� CITY OF DENTON HEREBY RESOLVES;
SECTION 1. The City of Denton, Texas hereby nominates Rick Woolfolk as member to
the Board of Directors of the Denton Central Appraisal District for two-year terms to commence
January 1, 2020.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective irnmediately upon its passage and
