RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION CASTING VOTES FOR MEMBERSHIP TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE DENTON CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Denton, Texas hereby casts 85 votes for
Howard Martin. and 85 votes for Ann Pomykal for membership to the Board of Directors of the
Denton Central Appraisal District for the County of Denton, Texas.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval. }}
