RESOLUTION NO. o~ ~7 ~~i~
A RESOLUTION CASTING VOTES FOR MEMBERSHIP TO THE BOARD OF
DII2ECTORS OF THE DENTON CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT; AND DECLARING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, hereby casts ~ votes
for Rick Woolfolk and ~,~ votes for Charles Stafford for membership to the Board of
Directors of the Denton Central Appraisal District for the County of Denton, Texas.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval.
